Shipping
please allow 2-3 business days to package and send out your order. Orders placed over the weekend will not be fulfilled until Monday. Shipping times are anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on your location.
please note that shipping carriers are experiencing high demand right now and may result in slower ship times.

Returns & Exchanges
To request a return please email info@shopwayupnorth.com with the issue. All returns must be requested at least 30 days after you receive. Items must be in brand new condition with tags included. If you wish to make an exchange, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order. Please check if the size you are wanting is in stock before returning. We offer store credit on all returns. All Final Sale items will not be eligible for return or store credit.
Refunds
Please note that store credit will be offered for all refunds due to fast turnover rate. Email info@shopwayupnorth.com with your request. After we receive your item and there are no damages we will send you a coupon to use at checkout in the same amount of your returned item.
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact info@shopwayupnorth.com within 3 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
